Sessions
What to expect
Therapy sessions usually take place once a week at an agreed, regular time. Each session lasts 50 minutes. I offer both open-ended and fixed-term therapy. During an initial consultation, we can discuss the benefits of both approaches and explore what might suit you best. Sometimes, it can be helpful to have more than one consultation if you need additional time to consider what will be most helpful for you.
My fees are £75 for daytime sessions and £85 for evening sessions. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots for those on a low income.
Therapy is a unique and personal experience, and finding the right therapist is important. During the initial consultation(s), you can get a sense of how I work and whether we feel like a good fit. After this, you can decide if you would like to continue working together.
I aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and thoughtful space where you can feel safe to be yourself, no matter what you’re carrying. Together, we can work towards positive change.
